Kakhetian-style khinkali with meat and herbs

One of the most beloved Georgian khinkali is the Kakhetian version, with a juicy filling of meat, onions, and fresh herbs.
The secret lies in the thin yet dense dough, which holds the aromatic broth inside, and in the precise molding.
At our master class, you'll learn how to make it, and then you can taste what you've made yourself at the communal table.

Khachapuri

Khachapuri is the hallmark of Georgian cuisine, and each region has its own recipe.
At this masterclass, you'll try your hand at making classic khachapuri with a delicate filling of suluguni and homemade cheese—that perfect balance of saltiness and chewiness for which it's loved worldwide.

Hot dishes: chkmeruli, chashushuli or another of your choice

Chkmeruli is tender chicken fillet simmered in a creamy garlic sauce with khmeli-suneli. Or chashushuli is a juicy stew of beef or veal with tomatoes, onions, and hot peppers—a rich and flavorful dish. Or maybe even lamb chakapuli in the spring.
All ingredients for the master class are local and fresh: we source the meat, vegetables, herbs, and spices from our neighbors in Kakheti, ensuring a truly home-cooked taste.

It's best to book the masterclass in advance—1-2 days before your desired date—to allow us time to purchase fresh ingredients from local farmers.

If you have any food allergies, intolerances, or special preferences (vegetarian menu, etc.), please let us know when booking, and we will find a suitable meal option.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty with flour. Keep in mind that the masterclass lasts on average 2-3 hours, including the shared meal.
